Thank You Gangstalkers: Every Time You Use RNM to Stalk Me, You're Proving Victims of Voice-to-Skull Right

Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) literally is the same technology as Voice-to-Skull (V2K), making every time you use RNM to stalk someone prima facie evidence that proves that targeting is real.

Remote Neural Monitoring and Voice-to-Skull (the ability to put voices in people’s heads) are the same technology. That means each and every time someone uses RNM to stalk someone’s brain data, they are actually proving that weapons of mind manipulation are trained on that person’s brain.

Former NASA engineer Richard Lighthouse recently said the following about RNM in this interview (listen at 22 mins):

“If you talk to any of the long-term Targeted Individuals, particularly those with Voice-to-Skull, they will tell you without a doubt [that bi-directional mind access without implants is happening.] And it used to be called synthetic telepathy, the more common terminology used now is Remote Neural Monitoring because that’s what the patent uses. This patent goes back to the 1970s, and basically describes how by intersecting two microwave signals in your brain that are slightly different it can capture an individual brainwave. And those brainwaves are not actually reading your mind per se, the brainwaves are captured as individual words. So there will be a certain [reading] that’s [identified as] house, and this other brainwave that’s dog, and this is home, [to read out as] we’re taking the dog back home to our house. So it’s basically stringing together waveforms to create words, and the computer quickly translates that into awkward sentences, but it’s very real-time, so somebody on the other end can go ‘Oh, he’s thinking about taking the dog for a walk[…]’.”
