Statement Regarding Content on this Substack

Over the past year, having been deeply disappointed at the state of justice in the United States and the lack of righteous men standing up for the cause of justice, I have sought the counsel of God Almighty to understand the proper course to take with regard to all of the human rights violations I’ve described here in this Substack.
Seeking God’s guidance eventually brought me to a realization that being a victim is not something I should allow to define my humanity. Our purpose in this life is to glorify God our Creator. Fundamentally, part of giving glory to God is asserting that we are made in the image of God, and are first and foremost bearers of the imago Dei. I've come to realize that holding to this can entail avoiding reducing or amputating my inherent God-given natural identity through association with a victim status, without qualifying the victim status in a way that gives glory to the LORD’s creation and cause of justice. This is especially the case when victim status comes as a result of artificially engineered distortions projected onto my person—I would describe these arbitrary intrusions into my life as in essence surface-level, and not intrinsic to my person. Separately, I’ve become aware of the importance of how language is codified within the court system, and that being a “victim” could make one vulnerable to being stigmatized by the opportunistic twisting of words (Isaiah 10:1-2). Certainly, the iniquitous Special Access Program (SAP) actors responsible for the complaints cited on this Substack can only be expected to use such semantic tactics in order to attempt to deprive targets of their God-given rights and identity.
When one’s inviolable human rights rights are under attack, one is called to stand up for God’s Natural Law, as it was given by our Creator and Lawgiver. God is still the same God (though the new covenant has replaced the old and I believe His energetic interactions with humanity are dynamic), and He eternally upholds justice and equal rights without respect of persons, even though the situation may sometimes not look like He’s watching over us all and in control.
Right now, the transhumanists, technocrats, and Special Access Programs (SAPs), commonly known as “targeting programs”, are seemingly in the midst of trying to take away our divine image and connection to the Heavenly Father. But I know that God created me for a time such as this, and that my purpose on this earth is to do what God has put in me to make sure they cannot do that.
In light of these faith-driven reflections, I have decided that the language I previously employed on this Substack account and elsewhere to describe myself as a “victim” should only be used while at the same time specifying that I am stating these damage claims in connection with “creating justice for myself and others”.
However, rather than go back and change every single instance where I feel I have incorrectly expressed myself, I will make a statement here to reflect how I feel now:
I, Patrick Kim, am a target of an unacknowledged Special Access Program (SAP), and I am going to obtain legal justice for myself and others afflicted by the same crimes against humanity.
Despite involuntarily-induced hardship, I am in complete possession of my cognitive faculties, and am fully able to represent myself and make decisions for myself in court. I have an inalienable connection to the God of the Christian Bible through my faith in Jesus Christ and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit (1 John 4:15; 1 John 5:1; 1 John 5:10; Romans 8:16). As such, Natural and Divine law apply to me, the living man.
